You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. tayaplus is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
tayaplus is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayaplus account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
tayaplus will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from tayaplus and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

tayaplus accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
tayaplus does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. tayaplus aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests.
tayaplus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
All transactions on the tayaplus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tayaplus does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tayaplus reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
tayaplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (such as live dealer games or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
tayaplus employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, collusion between Players, and exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, tayaplus reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend the account.
tayaplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account, provided the Player has not violated the applicable bonus terms.
All bets placed on the tayaplus platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits applicable to each game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
tayaplus reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets that violate the applicable game rules. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on tayaplus. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at tayaplus's discretion without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayaplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
tayaplus does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tayaplus shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control.
In all cases, tayaplus's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, tayaplus reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
tayaplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tayaplus will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the tayaplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the tayaplus platform shall first be submitted to tayaplus's internal dispute resolution process.
